Once you have completed an order you will receive, within 1 working day, a confirmation email from us detailing your order.

If you don't receive this email please contact us.

Orders placed before 12 noon are processed that working day.

Orders placed after 12 noon may be processed that same day but are likely to be processed the following working day.

Orders placed at the weekend or during a public holiday will be processed on the next working day.

Please inform us if your order has not been received within 4 working days of receiving the confirmation email.
